I don't believe people need to be sold. They need clear information and honest advice, so they have enough confidence to make the decision that is right for them.
This means I'll tell you what I like about a property, and I'll also tell you what gives me pause. I help clients think through value, livability, risk, timing, presentation, negotiation, and the details that can affect both enjoyment and resale.
